How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card to start, and we do not charge you during those 7 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged; if you don't, we charge the plan price automatically on the day the trial ends. There is one free trial per person, card and channel. During the trial you can connect up to 3 channels and schedule up to 10 posts a day, without the public API, webhooks or team members.
What counts as a channel?
Each account you connect. One YouTube channel, one TikTok account and one Instagram account are three channels.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from Settings. When you move to a bigger plan you pay the difference right away and get the new limits at once.
What happens when I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for. After that, scheduled posts stop going out. You can delete your account and data at any time.
How do you take payment?
Payments go through Stripe. SocialCobalt never sees or stores your full card number.
Which networks can I connect today?
YouTube, TikTok and Instagram are reviewing SocialCobalt. We mark each one as available on the home page when it approves the app.
